Missing Icon Swap Tokens – Anyone Else?

I've been reporting this for over 10 days, trying to get EA to give me some kind of alternative or solution. My tokens are about to expire, the promotion is going to end, and EA still doesn't know how to refund a token. That's more in their hands than the community's. They're giving me the runaround; it's so frustrating. I'm about to give up on this game. It's absurd. Just add an SBC. There are several players in the same situation, and the community says the solution is in their hands.
