Hi EA help advisors were very polite and registered my issue of missing tokens. However after 5 chases they cannot help as the issue remains under investigation with the game team. No time could be given. With a 1.5 days left to sort this issue out the grind for R9 is over I think. Overall disappointing and no communication on the issue other than this forum.
As of today I have had no further updates on my recorded calls / referenced EA cases on the missing tokens. Has anybody else had any replies from the game team?
