Missing icon swaps player

I’ve completed all the objectives for icon swaps: premier league, over a week ago and haven’t yet received Oscar buch icon swaps player item, been on the ea help live chat 3 times and the first 2 times they told me to wait 24 hours and it will appear and it hasn’t and the third time I told them I’ve previously been on and waited a week this time and still no item and they told me to go on here and report my issue?? And just ended the chat, which was of no use. I’ve wasted a good 4 hours of my life on ea “help” chats to get nothing resolved I’m still missing my icon swaps player item, what am I meant to do at this point, it’s really frustrating….
