Missing Packs and Guarantees

Today I opened a “double time wrap guarantee pack” and received zero time warp cards. I used ea support chat and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. This is false advertising and 100% illegal. 

And for a second time today, EA let me down. I was looking through my saved packs for TOTY next week and noticed that my 3 x 87 pack that I received from gauntlet 8 had VANISHED. I never opened it, and again was saving it on purpose. Again, I reached out to EA support and they told me “there’s nothing we can do about it”. 

I was told to post here and that the development team would reach out to me. Highly doubt it.

    Regarding those time warp guarantee pack, we've provided an answer to the community in this thread:

    We've been checking those two specific packs but we haven't found anything wrong in terms of content in it.

    We believe however that the walkouts weren't triggered so those items might be at the back of the unassigned pile. Please make sure you check the entire content of the pack or for any 85+ players Time Warp in your club.

    If you quicksold the items by accident, you can check on the companion app if you can recover those items with the Quick Sell Recovery tool.

    Now regarding pack saving, we receive reports at this time of the year for missing packs. They are not lost, it's just that you might have a lot of packs waiting to be opened and the game will not show them all as there is a display limit in game.

    If that's really the case for you, could you double check on the web/companion app to see if the pack is shown correctly ?
