Missing Pre-order Icon pack

I am missing my pre-order icon pack still! I ordered the game on August 24th (my birthday) using gift cards I got from family. They were online gift cards from different retailers so I am assuming some of them claim to have went through on their systems after the 26th and hence payment not gone to ea until after the pre-order date. I spoke to one of the ea chat people who said they would add it but they do not have the permission to do so and hence I should put my request on this forum to get a manager to add the pack for me. I am really excited to open this pack, fingers crossed I get Ibrahimovic!
