Missing rewards

I preorderd the game in july but didnt get any of my fc 26 rewards yet, not my fc points, not the icon pack, and season pass. And also did not get the campain pick promised on first log in. 

Any one else having this problem? 

@ea plz fix it or respond with when we will receive them
