Missing rewards!!!!!

Bought the game on Steam, if it depends, launch the game for the first time and for the ultimate teams there was an AI game with some basic objectives as 5 passes and 1 shoot or stg, while the match is about to begin the game just crushed and I closed the game to launch again but there was no any playable game again. Also did not  get my FP's so help me pls....
