Missing Rewards

I purchased EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Edition on Epic Games (PC), but I have not received any of the promised rewards. My accounts are linked correctly, and I am signed into the right EA Account, but nothing has been delivered. Missing rewards include:

  •  ICON Player Item
  • All FC Points (none received)
  •  Premium Season Pass
  • Clubs consumables + archetype unlock
  •  Career perks (Career ICONs, 5-star coach, 5-star scout)

 I have already contacted EA Help over 7 times, but the issue has not been resolved. At this point, I am asking for my case to be escalated and for the rewards to be manually granted to my account. If anyone else is having this same issue, please reply so EA can see this is not an isolated case.

    same I contacted them but they kept evading responsibility time and time again. I am very hopeless with them doing this

    Same here. I’ve been contacting them for 14 days and they haven’t helped at all. I still haven’t received anything from the Ultimate Edition. I also purchased mine from Epic
