I am writing to report an issue with missing Twitch Drop rewards. I successfully redeemed the packs from today's Twitch stream (July 25, 2027), but they have not appeared on my PC account.
Could you please check my profile and help resolve this issue?

Have the same issue as well. Prior rewards in the same screen registered in a matter of minutes (an hour tops) but "Knockouts Day 2" rewards are missing in game despite claiming them on twitch's inventory page on time.

Same issue for me. I watched the stream for today's rewards (7/26) and I received those in the game.
Also had same issue (PS5) - ticket 251352666
I have the same issue… shows on my twitch feed that i completed and claimed the reward but nothing showed on my game account. I went back to twitch the same day and it gave me the same watch for 15 and 1 hour like i had not completed it already. 2 nd time round it granted the 15 min pack but time ran out on stream before 1 hour completed.
