Rivals and champs matching error

 Hello Ea sports Whenever I try going into a match of rivals or champs match, it shows me the opponent  team then it goes to a black screen then it says you lost connection to your opponent and it’s been doing that for two days.. and it lets me play live events but not rivals or champs
