My packages are not showing up in the store.
I was keeping my 88*3 and 87*3 packages at the store. They suddenly disappeared. I didn't open them or touch them. How can this be fixed?

It depends on how many different packs you have saved. If you have too many they will have gone to the back of your packs list which is off screen, it just means that once you clear some of the backlog they will show up again. I've been playing the game since Fifa 13 and never had packs just disappear, so it's very likely that it's as I've said. If not then unfortunately I wouldn't know the answer.

If you have a lot of packs saved they won't always show up in game, the game only displays a certain amount of packs. You should however be able to view them on either the companion or web app. Try there.
