My packages are not showing up in the store.

It happend to me the other night. Had 3 5x87+ that i wanted to open on console. 

So i started the game and the packs where gone. I only had those 3 packs. 20h later and they are still gone, they didn't auto-open or anything, just vanished. 

And just to be clear, i had the packs, it's not like the sbc didn't give the packs. I had to scroll past them to open 84x2s. I was specifically saving those packs for console opening. Then i got shafted by EA... It really is in the game....and of course customer service cant help...

If you have a lot of packs saved they won't always show up in game, the game only displays a certain amount of packs. You should however be able to view them on either the companion or web app. Try there.

It depends on how many different packs you have saved. If you have too many they will have gone to the back of your packs list which is off screen, it just means that once you clear some of the backlog they will show up again. I've been playing the game since Fifa 13 and never had packs just disappear, so it's very likely that it's as I've said. If not then unfortunately I wouldn't know the answer.
