My Ultimate team Problem

I am unable to access Ultimate Team on my console. When I try to enter Ultimate Team, it immediately kicks me back to the main menu without showing any ban or error message. I have been able to access my club normally on the Web App and Companion App, so my account itself is not restricted. I have waited over 24 hours since the issue began, and I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game to try to resolve it. Despite all of this, I still cannot access Ultimate Team on console. Please help me restore access, as my club and progress are at risk.
