No Compensation after facing 2 cheaters in 3 games

What is the point in reporting players that are cheating and getting the most generic reply, that they will investigate it and after 3 days they close the case. I've faced 2 cheaters in my 3 starting...

Instead of telling the person having the problem why dont you do something about it all your company does is blame its customers
