NOT FOUND Card Design

Certain card designs including Classic XI Hero, Unbreakables Evo, Winter Wildcard (regular & Icon) are not showing up and instead showing a dark gray card with NOT FOUND. Affected rarities also do not show up as a squad filter or search option on the transfer market. I am on PC and have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling but it didn't solve the issue. I also tried deleting the squad update file but was also unsuccessful.

    Hi mate , i have the same problem, did you find any solution? 

    I already uninstaled my game but doesent change a thing

    Hey ZCL4​ and SuperMaxOMilior​, 

    Thanks for reaching out. I see you've tried a couple of troubleshooting steps already and that's great! There are a few more things we can try here: 

    • Turn off your console by holding the button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. Leave it off for a couple of seconds before turning it on again
    • Delete some files with the How to delete corrupt files in EA SPORTS FC™ article.
    • Delete active squad and create a new squad
