Objective completed

Hello, im having problems with objectives completed but i didnt get any rewards, i play 6 or 7 games in a row and didnt get any pack or rewards.

the problem nr 2 is i didnt get 2000fc points yet, yes i have ultimate edition and im playing as secondary user, did anybody could help me ?
