Pack Contents

There's a lot of different info about pack contents and when the contents are determined, i know last couple of years the contents were determined at the time of opening the pack and therefore made sense to save packs for promos that you wanted to open in but in fc26 is this still the same? or is pack content now determined when obtaining the pack therefore making it no use to save packs and open them later?
