Pack luck and duplicates
I just played a couple of Rush matches and the theme is TOTS, MLS and something else, so before you play, it goes through your club and selects players that are eligible to play and to get the object...

I understand why that feels frustrating.
Rush can scan your club to filter eligible players, but pack content works separately and is based on probabilities. It doesn’t avoid duplicates, even if you already own the player.
So getting the same untradeable player multiple times is unlucky, but not intentional or targeted.
I know duplicates can be frustrating though, and that's a fair feedback.
