Pack Open Error

Yes, when I try to open a pack, it says that I have something in my transfer area, and have to clear that out before I open more packs. Issue is that when I try to get rid of the item it then just gives me an error code and then I get sent back to the Home Screen. I have 15 packs just sitting because I can’t open them at all. Does anyone know how to fix this issue
