Packs not showing in the store

I bought the premium season pass specifically for the last rewards: the 87x6 pack and although i redeemed it, it just does not appear in my store. i have nothing in my store, no packs in any section.

I already tried looking in the webApp and the companion app on my phone, but in nbeiuther of the two does my pack show up. 

 Can you please help me find a solution as i wanted to open the pack i payed for when i bought the premium season pass.
