Payment dispute

I have a few questions, if that's ok:

1. Where did you purchase your FC points?
2. When exactly did you buy them? (If you could provide an exact timestamp that would be great!)
3. What platform do you play on, and what's your username/ID on said platform?

Hello, I play on PC and I purchased it through the Companion app (Google Play). The payment was debited from my bank account, but the FC Points haven't been credited to my account yet. Here's the payment proof. 

I then bought it from my PC and there was no problem with that. So, in total I made 2 purchases, one didn't get credited to my account, the other did.

The image below shows an FC Point payment that has been made but not yet credited to the account.

You have to load the game up on the PC for the points to show. If you do it on the companion app, they don’t show up until you then log in to your PC/Console.

Of course, I'm checking the computer too, but it's still not showing up. There seems to be a system problem.
