I have multiple evidences to support this! I I have never used any tools or anything I just play my game somebody hacked my account.
Community ManagerHey all, if you have a ban on your account then you will need to appeal it using the steps in the help article sahred in this thread.
Beyond directing you to appeal, there is nothing more that we can do on the forums for issues like this.

It doesn't help. I've already filed about 3 appeals, and I've been unbanned 3 times, but I don't really have access to the market, and I get a new ban every time. In other words, I got banned - EA thought it was a mistake, so they lifted my ban - and banned me again. It happens to a lot of people. I was banned from the market once when I was already banned (meaning I couldn't physically buy players, but the ban came anyway) The funny thing is that both of these bans were canceled as i said.
EA_Darko We know the forums can't do anything and you don't need to keep telling us to submit an appeal. Clearly we have all done it already. We are just hoping somebody important sees the many complaints about this same issue and does something about it.
Community ManagerUnderstand WPDSWINGMAN and have flagged it with the team but for now the best thing we can suggest is to appeal using the steps I shared.

Okay so why are hundreds of people commenting about the same situation and yet nothing has happened and nothing matter to the appeal system it a decline for the same reason over and over I’m on my 4th appeal just seems like they don’t wanna own up to their mistakes! That’s how you lose loyal people that have been playing this game for years
You all say there’s nothing yall can do but yet don’t inform them that there’s a huge bug causing mass false ban and that they should help people get their accounts back that they spent time and money on
