Permanently Banned?

I’ve been playing fifa for years now and at no point have I ever violated the rules. On the 4th or December 25 I got an email that I was banned for 14 days then minutes later I got another with red banner that I’m banned permanently because of cheating, apparently I used a software to cheat.
I must say that I have never used a device, a cheat method or anything that relates to cheating to play this game and what make it worst it because I made another account because the appeals were going no where. Today the 17th or December 2025 I got banned again on my new account. The only similar thing with this is I change match making which I always do when I’m playing weekend league as I don’t like playing PC players. Surely people not getting ban for that.
So now, both of my accounts are banned and permanently too. I need someone to look into this as I had 5 mil on my main account in addition to my FC Points

i have appeal on my main account 4 times now and I got the same generic response. I need someone to contact me as there has to be some mistake.

Siddan884 If have already submitted an appeal and that is still ongoing then you must patiently wait for results.

I appreciate that. I’ve sent 3 appeals and waiting on the resolution for the 3rd and while I know that more appeals won’t make a difference I find it very hard to comprehend that I am getting ban for something I did not do. The ban says I use a software or something or the sort to cheat which is just not true. Additionally, an email sent for a ban for 2 weeks and then immediately after another for permanent. Because I thought it was taking long to get it resolve I made a new account and I’m in a discord so I know what I need to trade to make coins. Again I got ban on my new account for what they say again was a software I use to cheat. None of that make sense and how unlucky can I be to be banned twice in 1 month for the same thing?

You will be banned on whatever console you play on. My mate got a ban on ps5 all appeals got nowhere. It says you’re banned from all platforms. He then started new account on Xbox and has been ok since.
