Pre order icon and rewards not received

Hi , I had pre-ordered Eafc 26 ultimate edition form steam on 15 August 2025 , it’s 20 September 6:00 am in Italy , and I still haven’t received any of my pre order rewards , I can access the game but not rewards , please help

Dog trust me, I’m in Arizona and I can’t even go into ultime team. I’ve been the whole locked at the downloading screen and now that it went through it says that servers doesn’t work. So I think it’s nothing to do as a right now, I’ve never seen a such bad first days in new games.
