Problem to log in to ultimate team

I can't to access to the ultimate team I don't know why.. Please help me

Just to check, what platform do you play on exactly, and how long have you had this issue?

Could you try the following steps:

Try deleting your squad in the web/companion app (Not the players themselves! Just the squad.)
Could you try the steps in this article to delete potentially corrupt/damaged files?

I did all those steps and it doesn't still can't access to ultimate team.. Is there another way?
