At the moment, the overall gameplay experience feels highly unfair and discouraging for regular players. The game is heavily affected by:

smurf accounts;

boosters abusing matchmaking systems;

constant creation of new accounts receiving extremely strong drops and advantages from the start.

As a result, matchmaking frequently places fair, long-term players against opponents with significantly superior squads, resources, and progression, while main accounts receive minimal rewards and poor drops.

This creates a sense of artificial imbalance, undermines fair competition, and seriously damages trust in the integrity of the game. Instead of skill-based competition, players are forced to face systems that appear to reward exploitation and manipulation.

I respectfully ask EA Sports to:

address the widespread issue of smurfing and boosting;

review and improve matchmaking algorithms;

ensure a more transparent and fair reward and drop system;

take meaningful action to protect fair and dedicated players.

I have a bunch of examples where such players have created new accounts in almost every game in 2025, and they are all e-sportsmen with cool cards.

It's January now, and I'm still rich with rare cards, while someone else has a roster worth 15 million in most cases!!! And then the team of the year will be released soon, and most people will get team of the year cards with an average rating of 94, while you will have an average rating of 87-88 maximum in your roster.

переглянути алгоритми матчмейкінгу;

забезпечити більш прозорий та справедливий розподіл дропу і нагород;

вжити реальних заходів для захисту чесних гравців.

От зараз вже січень місяць я досі багаю з рарними картками, а хтось в більшості випадків має склад антрейд на 15 міліонів!!! А потім скоро вийде команда року і більшості впаде картки команди року які будуть середнім рейтингом 94 а в тебе в складі буде середній рейтинг 87-88 максимум
