Purchased Ultimate on 8/26 and never got icon

I was talking with an agent regarding my icon player which I never received for spending over 90dllrs. I purchased on 8/26/25 and when I spoke with an agent they said the purchase didn’t complete on 9/19/26 the day it was released early. That does not make any sense when it hit my bank account on 8/26/25. They are now saying there is nothing they can do. How is this our fault? We make a purchase the day of and they decide to complete it almost a month later? No consideration for their customer who each year spend money on a game that only changes their title. I feel robbed and cheated. I have spent every single year a new FIFA game since FIFA 98 on Nintendo 64 and they are not able to do anything about it? This is sad and ridiculous! Something must be done and all they can say is we will save your case and bring it up to the FC sports team but don’t give you any exact answer if they will do anything for you as a gamer, loyal customer. Even after i offered to show receipts they are unable to help! Really EA!!! Really is it really going to break your bank and or hurt your stock to give something that I paid for? Give us a solution? All they say is we apologize as a gamer I understand your frustration! My frustration is that I did not get what I paid for. Only thing to do is post it on twitch and YouTube warn others to not waste your money on ultimate editions. You will not get what you paid for even when you have proof of purchase.
