Rewards battle pass

I didnt have the option to choose betwen Rodrygo or the pack, Ea give me directly the pack!! I want Rodrygo!! What I can do???

My best FUT player half disappeared. I can see him in squad view, but the game crashes if I add him to squad. He is not visible on Rush or Evo. I have 15 games played with him so he isn't new.
