Rival Bounties: I do not get them when I complete bounties ever!?

Is anyone else having issues with rivals, I play rivals alot and when it comes to a bounty and I manage to complete one when I finish the game I never actually get the reward? Would love a response for this from a community manager to explain what’s going on and how you will solve this and the possibility of compensation. Seems unfair some people have access to rewards and others don’t.
