Rival

Hi, so I'm not going to name people.  there are certain players with so many accounts they keep getting out of matchmaking.  I believe they are looking for their other accounts.  It is really frustrating because I can't find an opponents to play with. They are in rival and champions matches.  EA please solve this issue.  Few times,  I sent them messages to let them wait until I find an opponent to play with.  

I really hope that someone from ea staff responded to my message.
