Rivals disconnection

I played a rivals game that I won. I was then disconnected shortly after the game had finished and I wasn’t allowed to run to ultimate team up multiple attempts. It said that the experiencing “server traffic” so I closed the game when I opened it again after a couple of hours it says that I’ve disconnected from my last game and I’ve lost my division rivals multiplier and I’ve been given an unjust loss on my records so I should be in division four I’m now still division five and with no multiplier.i haven’t bought your crap game for 2 years, I’ve had this game for less than two weeks and I’m already experiencing this bs. It’s like you guys don’t want people to play your game.
