SBC Marquee Matchups. Is it worth it?

I usually complete the player guarantee or the higher rated players upgrades (84+rated).

Recently, I've run low on untradeable players and the ones in my club are too low for the player upgrade challenges. Is it better to complete marquee match ups or try to sell them? My transfer list is already full and only a few of my players sell at a time (even with low starting bid and buy it now prices).

Has anyone packed anything good from the marquee matchups?
