SBC reward issue – player not received (Gavi), packs received normally

Hello,I want to report a possible SBC reward issue in EA Sports FC 26 Ultimate Team.On April 14, 2026, I completed two SBCs (Gonzalez and Gavi) via Web App on PC.I received the correct packs for both SBCs (Small Gold Players Pack and Premium Gold Pack – 2 packs each, total 4 packs). However, only one player item (Gonzalez) was delivered, while Gavi is missing.I have checked my club, all squads, and Quick Sell Recovery.Based on pack history (4 packs in the same time window), both SBCs were completed. The issue appears to be missing player delivery from one SBC.Just reporting this in case others have the same issue.
