Searching the transfer market

Why has nobody at EA, the worst company in the world 3 times, ever thought to put a ratings filter in the transfer market search bar?

I need to make a squad of X, so I need to buy players rated X, so naturally I can't just such for X rated players.

Just another example of how poorly this game is designed
