I won a game and when I reached the end game menu I received a DNF

I turned cross play off, so I’m only playing PS5 players at this point. Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue and what I should do because there’s nothing worse than sweating it out and getting a victory to then be rewarded with a big fat DNF. It’s pretty demotivating.
