Season pass question

Hi I just got the pass after only needing the premium to finish it after the challenges that are currently out, purchased at level 22 and it let me collect everything up till then however it won’t let me use it for example the SP to go past that level, however it will let me collect the basic rewards, just not the premium ones however it did on all the others, anyone know what’s going on?

    Hello UkKingyy01​ ,

    Can you show us exactly what levels of the premium pass you were not able to redeem ?

    Have you tried to quit the game completely and restart to see if it's only a sync issue ?

    Don't hesitate to share screenshots if you have any.
