Season pass rewards not showing up

Hello , all the rewards from all the season passes i’ve never received any of them i’ve claimed them all and waited for up to two weeks and never received the packs , coins , players even the latest player vicario i claimed him but haven’t received him i’ve opened packs played games restarted everything and still they haven’t showed up till today there are even no unassigned or unclaimed rewards
