Hello,

I'm contacting you regarding a serious issue in EA SPORTS FC 26 on [PS5 / Xbox Series X / PC - choose your platform].

The Problem: When navigating through the Ultimate Team menus (searching for players, SBCs, switching between screens, squad management), I experience constant and severe lag/freezes that last for several minutes. This happens consistently and ruins the experience.

What I've already tried:

1. Changed Graphics Mode from "Enhanced Visuals" to "Favour Resolution".

2. Turned off "Reaction Time Modifier".

3. Made sure the game is updated to the latest version (Title Update).

4. Cleared the console cache and rebuilt the database (on console).

5. Checked my internet connection (wired connection, stable speed).

Unfortunately, none of these solutions have resolved the issue. The lag persists and makes Ultimate Team almost unplayable for me.

I would really appreciate any help or information about a known fix for this specific problem.
