If i evo mastantuna before he gets an upgrade (if he gets upgraded) does it effect it or should i get the upgrade regardless of the evo

Based on experience in past live upgrades, what I understood is,
Live upgrades always take preference over evolution upgrades, as they are applied to the base card rather than the evolved card. This can result in your card reaching its maximum limit, meaning you might lose out on some upgrades even if the evolution was completed beforehand.
Before Live Upgrade = Base card > Evolution Upgrade
After Live Upgrade = Base card > Live Upgrade > Evolution Upgrade
