Squad battles bug

So i have played squad battles and it just keeps drops my rank if i dont play for 1-2 days but thats because i cannot play anymore matches out the 16 so for example i had elite 2 and probably by the end of the week i will have gold 1

    Because the required points for reaching these levels is constantly rising until rewards are paid out. So if you’ve ready played all your games, your rank is at it’s highest and will only drop from then on as everyone else finishes their 16 games. How is this a bug?
