i have had the same problem.
Ea have decided to grant the season premium pass to a whole different xbox account (not the one I pre ordered on) and now I am on the account that I have pre ordered on still doesnt have the premium pass
I also have the same problem. Got told after talking with them that they have a team working on it but it has gone over 3 weeks now without being able to fix it..
