Subject: Missing Rivals Rewards in FC26 for Two Consecutive Weeks

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue in FC26 where I did not receive my Rivals rewards. This problem happened two weeks in a row — last Thursday and this Thursday. I completed all the required matches and progression, but the rewards never appeared in the game.

Platform: PlayStation 5
Weeks affected: Last week and this week

You need to log a case to EA Help and ask them to have a look at your account. As long as you have 5 wins in a week of the mode before Thursday morning you should get some rewards.
