Sudden Ban - Exploiting Gameplay Glitch

Hi,

I was playing a game on the 10th of December and after being beaten by 4 goals within 20 in game minuted I disconnected as the opponent was much better than me. 

Immediately I received an account suspension. I appealed directly as there was no instance of cheating, glitching or exploiting the system. The ban even indicates I was playing on PC which is not correct.

After two months there is still no update to my appeal!

There is no point for me to play this game any more, I spent quite some money on points and my team and I am just terribly behind the curve. 

How can I contact a real life person to look into my case and/or process a refund of the game.

    Hi there. I'm sorry to say, we don't have anyone available to talk to about account bans. The best you can do is submit a dispute. ToS will review the ban to see if it can be overturned. Instructions for submitting a dispute can be found in this article. Thank you.

    I have done that 2 months(!) ago. There is no update from the Studio. See submitted screenshots. The link you have provided only circles back to the same appeal process to which EA is not responding. 

    Please can you give direct instructions as no progress can be made from the you sent.

    If you never received an update, please submit another dispute. You should have a response within a few days.
