Throw-in glitch

I’m facing a problem that happened to me twice, my opponent tries to get a throw-in on purpose and then pauses the game and the game never ends and they stay in the game for hours, this is ridiculously annoying and it’s getting popular , please solve this problem and the rainbow flick- Bicycle kick glitch
