- Match Result Correction: I just finished my final Champions match and won with a score of 4-3. However, immediately after the final whistle, I was disconnected from the servers. When I logged back in, the match was counted as a Loss instead of a Win. I kindly request you to investigate my match logs and correct this result, as this victory is crucial for my rank.
- Matchmaking Issue: Additionally, I would like to provide feedback regarding the matchmaking system. I am consistently being matched with opponents who are far above my skill level. This makes the game extremely frustrating and unplayable for me. Is it possible to optimize the matchmaking so I can play against players of my own level?
