Fix Gameplay

Why the gameplay is becoming more worse after every server maintenance, can you please explain. It is becoming more and more difficult to play the game now-a-days. Please explain because I cannot understand it anymore. It is almost Team of the Season time and I just want to enjoy the game. So please resolve this issue and give a proper explanation.
