Transfer Market access unavailable

I've been playing FIFA/EA FC since FIFA 11. I stopped after FIFA 22 and came back for FC 26. I've been playing Ultimate Team for almost two weeks. I play Rivals, complete objectives, open packs, and play normally. I don't quit matches, I don't use bots, I don't buy coins, and I haven't done anything that violates the rules. The Web App says I haven't earned access to the Transfer Market yet, which is already frustrating enough. But inside the game it's even worse. When I try to access the Transfer Market, I get this message: "You have reached the bid/buy action limit. Come back in 1 day 4 hours to gain full access to the Transfer Market." The problem is... I've never even had access to the Transfer Market. I've never placed a bid, never bought a player, and never used the market at all. So how can I have reached an action limit? This system makes absolutely no sense. EA doesn't explain the requirements, doesn't tell players what's happening, and gives misleading messages that make it impossible to know whether this is a bug or an account restriction. Returning players shouldn't have to guess whether they need to play 10 matches, 100 matches, or just wait indefinitely. If there's a requirement, tell us what it is. If it's a bug, fix it. Has anyone else experienced this? Were you able to get it resolved?
