That's probably because EA are idiots. They don't allow you to do on the transfer market but gives you tradable cards and objectives to buy and sell. When you have access to the market, you obviously have quite a lot to do all of a sudden. Which is flagged as weird behavior.

That's EA being EA. They don't think. People have been reporting the issue since day one. They just don't give a **bleep**.
