Unfortunately they can't help with bans here on the forums. I'd recommend raising a dispute with our terms of service team. They'll be able to take a look into this for you.
I've done this but the case cannot be re-opened due to a "glitch" according to EA support chat... so I'm in August weeks from the end of the game and can't have any benefit from my heard earned gains. I've tried every way of re-opening or opening a new case but it directs me back to the original penalty notice which cannot be re-opened even though the last response said it could
