Been playing pass the 2days and it supposed to unlock it . And nothing still lock.

There are more requirements than playing for 2 days. Everything is explained in the article I linked. Particularly, having multiple accounts accessing UT as well as previously being sanctioned for violating the ToS will delay access to the market on the web/companion app.
I never received an email or in app message stating that I violated the TOS . If I'm not wrong y'all send a message to the players stating they have violated TOS , correct?

Yes. Normally, an email is sent notifying you of the violation. I'm not saying that is what happened. Just wanted to mention it in case it did. Regardless, the market will unlock when it's supposed to so the best I can advise is to just keep playing.
